Non-profit organization whose mission is to promote, protect, and support homeschooling in Hawaii. Our website has resource articles and videos to help families begin their homeschool journey all the way through high school. 77th Saint Louis Crusaders Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol, U.S. Air Force Auxiliary

77th Saint Louis Crusaders Composite Squadron:
The 77th Saint Louis Crusaders Composite Squadron is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We focus on leadership development, aerospace education, and emergency services. We provide opportunities for cadets and adult members to experience a variety of community service and educational activities. We are located at Saint Louis School.

Hawaii FIRST Robotics

Hawai‘i FIRST Robotics (HFR) is a 501 (c)(3) organization that coordinates robotics tournaments and expos for teams of students ages 6 through 18 in Hawai’i. HFR serves as the official partner in Hawai’i for FIRST LEGO League Explore, FIRST LEGO League Challenge, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition programs of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).

Honolulu Speech and Debate Club

Honolulu Speech & Debate Club (HNL S+D) aims to cultivate a safe environment for Christian students to learn how to use their voices to grow as ambassadors for Christ. Specifically, we aim to hone communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills in youth and promote respect, honor, and integrity.

We offer classes for students ages 12-18 ("seniors/varsity") as well as under 12 years ("juniors). The classes include instruction and encouragement in the NCFCA speech events and Debate (both Team Policy and Lincoln Douglas).

Performing Arts

Ballet Révérence

We are a Christ-centered classical Ballet Studio and provide ballet classes for students ages 4.5 through adult. We also offer homeschool ballet classes in the mornings.

Grace Place Hawaii

We are a Christian children's performing arts center based in Kailua serving students from grades 3 to college with lessons in voice, guitar, ukulele, art, drama, videography, set design, costume and prop making and presenting musical and dramatic productions twice a year in Spring and Fall. Our shows have a gospel message and are focused on Jesus. Executive Director, Chris Alsup, travelled the US for over 25 years with a group of Christian retired Disney artists creating large scale dramatic musical productions in over 200 churches. We offer daytime and afterschool instruction across Oahu.

HEARTS (Hawai'i Education of the ARTS)

HEARTS provides an affordable, high-quality, year-round music, dance, and theatre arts program that enhances character in young people.

Hearts in Motion

We are a church-based dance school with a desire to train dancers to reach souls for Christ using dance both on and off the stage. Throughout the years, Hearts in Motion has been a light in the performing arts community by providing dance classes that offer quality dance instruction with the main focus on developing a heart of worship behind the music and the moves.

Kailua Dance Academy/Carolyn Feher

Kailua Dance Academy strives to build confidence, discipline, integrity, and resilience through the art of classical ballet in a supportive environment that fosters creativity and nurtures the joy of dance. We teach students the values of teamwork and good character, to do their best, and to take pride in their work and their accomplishments.

Prisma Dance

Prisma Dance is a Christ-centered dance school located in Kalihi and Kailua. We offer classes in ballet, lyrcial jazz, and acrobatics for ages 3+.

Colosky Connections

We provide WASC accredited online live and pre-recorded math courses, as well as tutoring for a variety of subjects.

Community Bible Study (CBS) Honolulu

A Bible study for women and children of all age groups, from infants to kūpuna. Our mission is: "To make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible study, available to all." Core Groups meet in person or online.

Explorations Ed-Venture

Explorations Ed-Venture offers a weekly drop-off enrichment program on Oahu for kindergarten through eighth-grade homeschooled students. Ed-Venture aims to engage children in elective classes, fostering a passion for learning. Classes cover a variety of subjects including STEM, cooking, gardening, crafting, art, theater, chess club, outdoor games, Lego activities, and more. Ed-Venture is a secular program that welcomes students of all abilities to participate.

Hardware Science

Hardware Science promotes STEM-related skills such as measuring, estimating, observing, testing, and verifying. Engaging in hands-on science learning through do-it-yourself projects and experiments using everyday items available at your local hardware store makes exploring the world around us accessible and fun!

Hawaii Art Classes

Small, personalized art classes for youth and adults in a working artist's studio in Waipahu. Group classes, 'ohana classes, and private lessons in drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture, photography. Also available for virtual lessons. Semester-long foundational art classes are starting in the fall with assessments available for homeschool families that need it. All classes are taught by Rebecca Block (B.S.ed in K-12 art) and certified art teacher in the state of Hawaii.

Heleloa Media Club

Heleloa Media Club provides a platform for youth and young adults to pursue their passion in digital media outside of the normal school model.

Homeschool Chess Team

The homeschool chess team competes in state-wide competitions and national competitions.

Keiki O Ka Aina

We provide a 10 hour workshop called "Healthy Relationships for Teens". We equip teens on making informed decisions about their future. They learn what Healthy relationships look like and learn practical communication skills teens can use right away. Every teen who completes the program receives a $100 Amazon gift card!

King's Music Academy

King's Music Academy is a Hawai'i faith-based music academy serving all of O'ahu. We offer piano, voice, guitar, bass, and drum lessons! We teach students of all ages and experiences, with our youngest student being only 4 years old!

Naomi Fleishour

I am a pianist and piano teacher residing in Ewa Beach and I’m currently taking on new students. I have experience teaching children of all ages and started teaching when I was homeschooled in high school. My teaching philosophy is focused on helping kids find and keep a joy for piano. I teach piano fundamentals and tailor lessons to meet the goals of students and parents. I also have experience as an accompanist and playing for weddings and events.

TeenPact Hawaii Leadership Schools

TeenPact Leadership Schools mission statement. We seek to inspire youth in their relationship with Christ and train them to understand the political process, value their liberty, defend the Christian faith and engage the culture at a time in their lives when, typically, they do not care about such things.

Winners' Camp Foundation

At Winners' Camp we teach teens to make positive choices and awaken them to their personal and community potential. Our one-week residential retreat empowers teenagers to break through self-limiting beliefs and move towards greater success in their lives, and gives teenagers the tools for accelerated learning.

Aloha Youth Lacrosse Association (AYLA)

AYLA provides the opportunity for boys and girls k-12 to learn and enjoy the sport of lacrosse. It’s is our mission to grow and promote the game of lacrosse in Hawaii.

Oahu Kraken

The only Christian homeschool basketball organization on island that can provide varsity sports for students.

Set In Motion

Set in Motion is a mobile parkour gym that offers outdoor group classes, private lessons, birthday parties, and after-school programs. Classes are focused on fitness and emotional strength training, and aim to improve body functionality, physical strength, and safely pushing the limits of the mind. Participants learn to vault, climb, jump, roll, fall, spin, and more!

Special Learners

Cove Therapy

Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We provide a comforting pediatric therapy experience with 1:1 personalized care that fosters growth and development. Offering occupational, physical, and speech therapy to address communication, handwriting, fine motor, gross motor, sensory needs, development, and more, Currently working with children 0-18 of all needs and abilities.

Kosasa Academy

Mission
Kosasa Academy stands in the gap for students whose needs are not met in more traditional educational settings. Na Lima Kahiau 501c3/Kosasa Academy’s primary activity is an alternative school for students who have not been successful in more traditional schools. KA students typically have multiple learning and sometimes physical disabilities and are neurologically atypical. They have often failed out of two or more schools before arriving at KA. Our expertise is in the treatment of dyscalculia, dyslexia and other language processing disabilities.

Dual Enrollment

Grand Canyon University

Grand Canyon University is a private Christian university located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are dedicated to helping students change their lives for the better through education. We offer a wide range of programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, earned on campus or online. Though we are a Christian university, GCU welcomes students from all backgrounds and denominations. Our mission is to ensure that students reach their fullest potential and earn a degree. Because of that mission, our dedication and rich history, we firmly believe that GCU is the only Christian university of its kind!

Oral Roberts University's Advantage Program

ORU's Dual Enrollment Program offers over 30 college-level courses online to students in grades 9-12. These 15-week, asynchronous courses are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, making them easily transferrable to other universities across the nation. Advantage courses are designed to count for both high school credit AND college credit simultaneously, and are presented with a Biblical Worldview. Students from the same co-op/family may be enrolled together into the same course sections. Courses are $75/credit hour with a $70 digital textbook fee. Apply by July 15th.

Wayland Baptist University

Wayland Baptist University provides Dual Credit for High School Students, Certificates, Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral Degree Programs. We are a private, non-profit, christian University that is regionally accredited. Our Hawaii Campus is located in Kapolei.

Child Evangelism Fellowship of Hawaii

CEF of Hawaii's mission is to inspire, train and equip students and adults to effectively share the Gospel with the children of Hawaii. We offer a wide variety of training opportunities throughout the year and have a passion for helping people reach children with the Gospel in their community.

Fisher Hawaii

Hawaiian Hope Org

Recruit Volunteers :
Our org is all volunteer. We have volunteers come in and we train them how to do tech work to fix and repair computers. This is an awesome opportunity for families as parents can come and volunteer with their kids and we can geek them up a bit. Knowing more about computers and how to make them work will help in any career no matter what they choose to do in life. Our youngest volunteer we ever had was 7 years old.

Homeschool Ohana PE ministry

If you're looking for a community that gathers weekly with no obligation or contract and it's FREE, we invite you to join us for PE. We have friends that have joined us since we started over a year ago and we welcome new families almost every week.

It's open to families with school aged children but younger siblings and parents are welcome to participate in the exercises. We meet between 1030-1230pm at the Patsy Mink Regional Park on Wednesdays, no longer in Waikele.

Homeschool Science Fair

The homeschool science fair is an event hosted by ARISE Academy and is open to all homeschoolers. Projects that meet the criteria may have the opportunity to advance to state and national levels.
